HOW IT WORKS
In an orientation meeting (25 minutes, online, free) we will discuss the topics you are working on and need support with. We'll confirm if working together makes sense, and I'll be happy to answer any questions you have. Pick a date here.
I will start working with you as external HR partner on a part-time basis (10-50 hours per month). We'll set clear goals and a timeline at the beginning, which we'll evaluate and adjust regularly.
If you already have internal HR, I purposefully transfer experience so that they can continue independently and effectively after our collaboration ends.
The cooperation typically lasts 1 - 2 years.
PRICE
We agree on the price individually according to the complexity and scope (monthly flat rate).
